CAI wants to celebrate and share your community association’s accomplishments, unique activities and events. We’ll recognize your association with a certificate and publish your story on our Good News Blog.

Once a quarter, we’ll honor the best of the best with recognition for the community and a special award.

Use the Word format if possible and make it as long as you need it to be to tell the story. Be sure to include the name of the Association, dates, details and photos if available.  Publication is at the discretion of the Greater Houston Chapter of CAI.  Send your stories questions to .

Type of activities you might want to submit include, but are not limited to:

Special Events – event specific, such as Christmas, spring, Halloween, Community Festival, etc.

Beautification – landscape improvements that boost or improve the community’s appeal

Neighborhood Projects – residents who pull together to improve their community when associations funds are not available

Conservation – going green or implementing green practices.

Helping Hands – people helping people, association assisting a family or individual in need.
