The CAI Greater Houston Chapter is excited to bring educational programs to its membership in 2023. Next year, we will conduct half of our events in-person and half of them virtually. In our effort to present an array of quality programs on topics relevant to community association interest, management, and function, the Education Committee is now accepting submissions for presentations for 2023.
In previous years, we have sought a balance between timely topics, general interest, professional development, and specific areas of practice such as landscaping, pool management, or storm preparation. If you are interested in giving a presentation, please submit your proposal! All proposals will be reviewed by the Education Committee and those selected will be notified and provided details for the presentation. Share your knowledge, expertise, and ideas with community association professionals at these highly anticipated events.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR PRESENTATION PROPOSAL IS OCTOBER 21, 2022!
Presentations should not exceed 45 minutes to allow for Q&A time at the conclusion of the presentation. Please include all the following information with your proposal — incomplete proposals will not be considered:
- Presentation Title
- Subject matter/topic
- Live or Zoom
- Target audience
- Preferred month of presentation (presentations will be set throughout the year)
- Brief description of presentation (50 words or less)
- Brief Bio, including experience in community association law and any certifications
